New Gas-Powered Track Stump Grinder from Morbark

Morbark has introduced its new gasoline-powered MXG50 Track Stump Grinder, part of the company's re-engineered line of stump grinders. It's equipped with a 35 hp Kohler gasoline engine, has a 50-in. boom arc swing, maximum cutting height of 21 1/2-in. and maximum cutting depth of 16-in. 


morbark mxg50 “The MXG50 Track Stump Grinder gives our customers a smaller tracked option with a wide boom arc, significant cutting depth and many user-friendly features,” Casey Gross, Morbark Tree Care Products Sales Manager, said. “We listened to the voice of our customers to determine what features and options we needed on this model and the improvements we made to our whole stump grinder line.”

The MXG50 Track Stump Grinder features Long Boom Technology, which maintains the full 50-in.cutting arc regardless of depth. Standard features include a tip-out operator’s station with 4-up fingertip controls to command all machine functions from one location, convenient electric clutch engagement, and turf-friendly 7-in. tracks. A remote control system is optional.

Morbark has made improvements to its entire stump grinder line, increasing boom arc swing and maximum cutting depth, while adding options.
