New Compact Track Loader from Bobcat

Bobcat has introduced the new T450, a compact track loader platform size that has not been available from the company in recent years.The T450 features more horsepower, higher auxiliary pressures, lower ground pressure and increased travel speed when equipped with the optional two-speed drive system.

At 56-in wide when paired with a bucket, the T450 can enter and work in tight job sites. The rubber track undercarriage minimizes ground disturbance — just 4.7 lb./sq. in. — to established surfaces. The T450 provides a radius lift path,with optional enclosed heated/air conditioned cab, and a maximum speed of 7.3 mph in low range and 11 mph in high range with the optional two-speed system. .

The 2.4-liter Bobcat engine features a non-diesel particulate filter (non-DPF) engine solution, delivers 61 hp and increased torque over a range of engine rpm so operators of all skill levels can better use the machine's capabilities. Other features are similar to the skid steer model posted earlier. They include increased hydraulic performance, faster cycle times and higher lift and tilt cylinder forces to help improve productivity.
