BBA Offers New Solids-Handling Pumps
BBA Pumps introduces a new line of electrically-driven, solids-handling pumps. These auto-prime pumps have a capacity of 100 m3/hour to a maximum of 6500 m3/hour.
BBA Pumps new modular, compact, electrically-driven pumps offer a standard control box and soft starter, and can be provided with a frequency converter; which ensures a maximum control over the pumping process, not just by using the automatic start/stop but also by increasing or decreasing the speed of the electric motor.
The pump installations can be controlled and remotely operated via computer, using the GPS monitoring functionality. Pump sizes run from 3-in. to 24-in. and offer environmental advantages over diesel systems. They can be used in sewage and dewatering applications and come with a lockable, sound-attenuated canopy to reduce noise.
