Atlas Copco Dynapac’s CC900G Tandem Asphalt Roller
Used primarily for small-scale compaction work, such as patching, bicycle paths, parking lots, and driveways, the CC900G from Atlas Copco Dynapac is a small tandem roller with an operating weight of 1.5 tons and a drum width of 35 inches.
The roller is equipped with a powerful 20 hp Honda gas engine, which combined with its large drum diameter and drive motors connected in series contributes to excellent accessibility and gradeability. The roller has vibration on the front drum (4,200 vpm) and a static rear drum. The rear drum is equipped with shock mounts to minimize operator platform vibration.
A large 50-gallon water tank allows long periods of work between refills. In order to reduce maintenance costs, the machine also features long service intervals and has a maintenance-free steering hitch and steering cylinder. The few remaining service points are easily accessible.
