SolarTrak Offers Smaller Device for Asset Tracking
Based on customer feedback, SolarTrak has introduced a smaller device for tracking construction equipment. The new device is 5.19-inches tall, 3.25 inches across and one inch deep and weighs 11 ounces.
The new, smaller size will make it easier to install and conceal, the company says. The SolarTrak device provides GPS tracking, engine-hour reports, maintenance reminders and geofence capabilities to track and manage equipment. Using the online data the system provides, you can manage equipment from your desk or on your smarphone.
The new size has internal GPS and cellular antenna. An external antenna is also available.
