FameAir, the web application from Fame Rental that provides work order management, rental logistics and employee time management now includes rental/sales ticket management and a customer portal.

Ticket management allows employees as well as customers to enter, track and act on tickets from anywhere using a tablet or desktop browser.
Further, customers can request new reservations, review past and current tickets, view items currently on rent, request service, exchanges and more.
They can also view open and historic invoices and work orders and make credit card payments using a fully secured, PCI-compliant process.
