Allen Engineering welcomes third generation leadership

Allen Engineering Corporation (AEC) announces that Daniel Allen is the new customer service manager.


“Daniel’s return to Allen Engineering as the 3rd generation leader symbolizes a legacy of excellence, innovation, and our family’s dedication to our customers,” says CEO Jay Allen, Daniel’s father. “His extensive experience, both outside and within our organization, provides unique insights that make him a valuable asset to our team. As we continue to uphold our family values and drive for continuous improvement, I have full confidence in Daniel’s ability to lead us into the future.” 

Mary Ann Allen, co-founder, chairwoman of the Board, and grandmother of Daniel also shared her thoughts on this significant moment for AEC. “As a family-owned company, we take pride in welcoming Daniel as part of our legacy. His dedication to AEC is a testament to our commitment to grow and evolve while upholding our core values.”

Having grown up in the company, Daniel developed a passion for AEC's innovation and dedication to quality. His journey at AEC began at a young age, holding various roles within the company before serving in the Army National Guard. He then attended the University of Arkansas where he earned a degree in Ag Business, before gaining experience in the field and honing his skillset. At the AEC 60th anniversary celebration, Daniel returned to Allen Engineering Corporation as part of the AEC Leadership Training Program where he received hands-on experience from each department.
