Telehandler with traversing boom carriage
Pettibone offers the Traverse T1056X telehandler, the first 10,000-pound capacity model in its X-Series lineup.
Traverse is the industry’s only telehandler product line with a traversing boom carriage that can move loads by traveling horizontally, allowing safe load placement at full lift height without multiple boom functions.

Its specified lift and landing height is 56 feet, 6 inches. In contrast, traditional fixed boom pivots typically have a true landing height several feet less than the promoted lift height because the operator must account for withdrawing the forks out of the load with enough rearward travel for the fork tips to clear the landing zone.
The traversing boom provides up to 70 inches of horizontal boom transfer, which extends its maximum forward reach to 45 feet, 10 inches. Delivering a maximum load capacity of 10,000 pounds, the telehandler is powered by a 117-horsepower Cummins QSF 3.8 Tier 4 Final diesel engine.
The Traverse T1056X comes standard with X-Command, a new Pettibone telematics program that offers real-time access to machine data, thereby saving time, money and hassle for rental centers and maintenance technicians. Data and reports can be accessed with the online X-Command dashboard on computer or mobile device. The platform allows for quick remote diagnosis, potentially eliminating the need for certain field service calls.
