The SC80 compressor is mounted on a sturdy frame with pneumatic tires for easy portability and equipped with a screw airend guaranteed for two years.
Powered by a 24 horsepower Honda engine with automatic speed control and manual and electric start, the unit also includes a detachable 5.5-gallon gas tank.
This unique compressor can operate a 90-pound class breaker, creating a package that is built for power and portability unlike any other compressor on the market. What’s more, the SC80 weighs 319 pounds and delivers an impressive 80 cfm at 100 psi.
The X AIR SC80 compressor generates a similar rental rate as a larger compressor, while increasing the return on your investment. Aside from its breaking applications, the compressor’s versatility is proven by the myriad of uses reported by our clients: rent it for sandblasting, or for a variety of other applications that require up to a 3/16-inch nozzle. When coupled with the CON X 30-pound rock drill, prospectors have brought the SC80 out in helicopters for use in mountainous regions. Additionally, due to its easy portability, railway maintenance crews have attached the SC80 to their specialty vehicles to blow snow off switches.
Adaptable to most pneumatic tools, other uses for the SC80 include chipping hammers, impact wrenches, cut-off saws, winterising sprinkler systems, underground piercing, and more!
