Because of their compact size and narrow width, the SM60, SM100 and SM120 can access tight spaces that larger machines cannot reach. This makes them ideal for landscape, residential and tree service work. The industry attachment interface allows various tools to be easily attached to expand the applications. These machines can easily go beyond the bucket and commonly use grapples, augers, forks and mowers to perform a wide range of tasks for a single machine.
Wacker Neuson’s utility track line is ideal for rental. The step-up and go concept makes operating the SM series machines easy to use and extremely productive. All models feature a large, spring-suspension operator platform with ergonomic padding that provides comfort and stability for the driver. An operator presence system prevents accidental movement of the lift arm and travel functions when the operator steps off the platform.
Wacker Neuson’s design uses an optimized radial path design that provides vertical path performance with an excellent pin height to allow for dumping into high-sided trailers, truck beds and dumpers.
The SM100 and SM120 are powered by diesel engines that provide high torque and a flat power curve to enhance productivity through fast cycle times and excellent pushing power. Wider track provides less ground pressure and ground disturbance, which means fewer repairs to existing terrain.
The SM60 is the smallest of in the series and is ideal for rental and homeowner applications It is powered by a gasoline engine, which is easy to start, fuel efficient and easy to service.
