Zero-turn scissor lifts

Hy-Brid Lifts is putting a new spin on vertical mast alternatives with its Zero-Turn Series scissor lifts. Available in a 12-foot or 16-foot platform height, these aerial work platforms offer class-leading maneuverability to navigate complex job sites with confidence.

Zero-Turn Series models have a unique electric drive and steer system that creates a less than zero-degree turn radius caused by the rear wheels turning in opposite directions when the joystick is moved left or right.

This counterrotating ability makes these scissor lifts more responsive than traditional lifts, enabling operators to access confined spaces faster and safely travel over sensitive surfaces, such as carpet, without causing damage.

Paired with a compact base measuring 30 inches wide, the ZT-1230 and ZT-1630 fit through standard doorways and into personnel elevators without the need for folding rails.

These lightweight scissor lifts offer an average of 96 percent more workspace by eliminating masts and incorporating a 30-inch EZ-Glide slide out extension deck. The extension deck rollers easily slide on the lift’s midrails to prevent debris from jamming the platform, enabling operators to work over obstacles.

Zero-Turn Series scissor lifts reach working heights up to 22 feet and feature a 650-pound platform capacity, standard AGM batteries, proportional controls, and 25 percent gradeability. Options include a flashing beacon, inverter, and motion alarm. All Hy-Brid Lifts are covered by a two-year parts and labor warranty and a five-year structural warranty.
