FTG Equipment Solutions acquired

Trime, Tecnogen partner to target growth in the North American equipment sector.

Trime S.R.L., a leading international manufacturer of light towers and BGG Group, that includes Tecnogen Spa,a leading international manufacturer of generators, have partnered to focus on growth in the North American equipment market.

On September 3, 2021, the companies finalized the acquisition of their exclusive dealer in North America, FTG Equipment Solutions. All current FTG Equipment Solutions staff are to remain with the company. The acquisition will enable complete vertical integration from production through distribution.

Steve Scattolini, FTG managing director, has been appointed to the position of president/CEO and will lead the North American operations for the company.

"We are very happy to have completed this acquisition which will strengthen the presence of our group in the North American market, as well as the international positioning of the group. "This acquisition has a strong strategic meaning as it allows the group to strengthen our presence in one of the most important markets in the world increasingly oriented to high-quality products.
