Spider-style MEWP
The CMC 72HD+ Maintenance Pro is a new addition to All Access Equipment’s CMC Tracked Aerial Lift series. This new lift features 72 feet of working height, up to 41 feet of side reach, will pass through 36-inch gates and has a 90-degree articulating jib. The 72HD+ comes with a radio remote controls, as well as a fixed basket control station. This lift the gap between the 60HD+ and 83HD+ working height models. This lift can also be truck mounted, making the CMC 72HD+ an even more versatile lift.

Genie high float models

High-float boom lifts
The Genie S-80 high float (HF) and S-85 HF telescopic booms are designed to perform heavy-lifting tasks in sensitive ground conditions, such as sand and turf. Engineered to float on soft or delicate surfaces, the Genie S-80 and S-85 HF booms protect softer surfaces during operation that could be damaged by the more aggressive tread on regular rough terrain tires. The high-float booms delivers extra capacity capabilities with increased performance in sensitive ground conditions which translates to fewer lift cycles, less equipment needed to get tools and materials to work areas at height and the ability to work on jobsites where regular rough terrain machines do not perform. They offer 600 pounds of unrestricted and 1,000 pounds of restricted lift capacity, giving customers the ability to work with up to three people onboard while still leaving room for tools and jobsite materials. The models also feature automatic envelope control, which is the ability to automatically retract so the boom stays in its perating envelope. This feature allows for simple platform positioning and an enhanced operator’s experience. And, the Genie HF booms are equipped with a load sense cell that continuously checks the weight in the platform and limits the operating envelope to match the load chart, all while boasting the ability to do zero load field calibrations. They have a unique chassis tilt-sensing technology that gives operators access to different ranges of motion based on the chassis angle and will automatically cut out certain lift and drive functions when the tilt activation setting is reached.

Rough-terrain scissor lifts
Linamar Corporation’s Skyjack division offers the SJ9253 RT, Skyjack’s largest scissor lift to date with a working height of 59 feet. It is the first model in the industry leader’s new full size rough terrain range. This new range replaces Skyjack’s existing 88-inch and 92-inch models. The new larger rough terrain range improve the specifications and performance of the Skyjack line and mitigates the cost impact of the new ANSI/CSA standards. Skyjack has plans for an even larger rough-terrain scissor lift that would make work at six stories possible. The SJ9263 RT will have a working height of 69 feet and is targeted for launch in Q4 2019. A key improvement to this range is Skyjack’s Smartorque technology, which provides the machines with excellent torque and hydraulic performance, but with less engine horsepower. This system has been used on Skyjack TH series models since 2015 and doesn’t require diesel particulate filter (DEF), diesel exhaust (DEF) and no other active exhaust after treatment.

Manitou ATJ 46+ MEWP

MEWP for high-capacity jobs
The Manitou ATJ 46+ mobile elevating work platform is ideal for high capacity jobs, such as construction, bridge maintenance and repair, welding and more. It features a larger, higher capacity platform that allows up to 900 pounds without restriction. The extra-long 7-foot7-inch x 3-foot platform provides enough space and capacity for additional materials or it can carry three people at once. The fully galvanized platform is rust-resistant for extreme outdoor conditions. The mesh floor is removable for easy replacement. A large tool compartment tray and easy entrance/exit with a swing gate and slide bar access. With a maximum platform height of 45 feet 6 inches, horizontal outreach of 28 feet 3 inches  and up-and-over height of 26 feet 8inches, it has 360 degrees of continuous rotation with constant rotation control. It can push through rough terrain with a ground clearance of 17”, 40 percent gradeability, four-wheel drive and front-oscillating axle that delivers additional power for driving on slippery or uneven surfaces. Additionally, the ATJ 46+ provides three different steering modes: 4-wheel, 2-wheel or crab.

Upgraded rough-terrain scissor lifts
JLG Industries, Inc. updated its LRT series of rough terrain scissors as a result of customer feedback aimed at improving the operability, serviceability and efficiency. The upgraded series offers refined platform control joystick operation for smoother and more precise machine repositioning and control system upgrades provide feedback to improve drive control proportionality. Left and right steer functions now receive renewed digital inputs to ensure a improved operator response. Leveling jack performance now levels faster with greater accuracy. The LRT series scissor lifts offer excellent gradeability and maneuverability while traversing rough terrain. These types of scissors typically offer 2-3 times the capacity and 3-5 times the platform space of boom lifts. The LRT series scissor lifts have Steel hoods protect to components while providing full access for inspections and service. thier Tier 4 Final-compliant diesel engines do not require the serviceable emissions technology. Machine calibrations can be performed from the stowed position with a single click and the elevation sensor no longer requires recalibration after a software update.

Snorkel rough terrain scissor lift

Narrow compact rough terrain scissors
Snorkel adds the S2755RT narrow compact rough terrain scissor lifts to its family of compact rough terrain scissor lifts. It delivers a maximum working height of 32 feet 4 inches and a platform capacity of 661 pounds from a chassis that is just 4 feet 9 inches wide. It features a large roll-out deck extension, non-marking tires, automatic self-levelling stabilizers, an oscillating axle and powerful four-wheel drive. It is powered by a Kubota diesel engine, but is also available with bi-energy power source, which provides the option to run the lift on either the diesel engine or on 24V battery power.  This gives flexibility on the jobsite, permitting the same lift to be used outdoors on rough terrain on diesel power, and indoors with zero emissions on battery power.
