Airman portable air compresso

Fuel-efficient 100 psi @ 400 scfm
ANA offers the Airman PDS400S-6E1 portable air compressor that provides 400 scfm at 100 psi and is powered by a 108-horsepower Kubota diesel engine that provides best-in-class fuel efficiency at full load and more than 9 hours run time on a single tank of diesel fuel. A color digital control screen provides real-time status information to the operator; other standard features include gull-wing doors for easy maintenance, heavy-duty, weather-proofed steel construction and lowest in class sound levels – less than 76 dBa at full load. It is available in a dual pressure unit (PDS330DP-6E1) providing 375 cfm @ 100 psi and 330 cfm @ 150 psi.

High-pressure 185 cfm compressor
Doosan Portable Power introduces the Doosan XP185WDO high-pressure compressor that produces 185 cfm and 125 psi, making it ideal for a variety of applications such as general construction, sandblasting, pneumatic tool operation, pipeline testing and fiber-optic cable installation. The XP185 can simultaneously power air and electrical tools when outfitted with an optional 4kW generator. The machine is equipped with two 120V duplex outlets with easy access on the curbside rear panel of the air compressor. An onboard toolbox allows for convenient storage of air-powered and electrical tools for safe transport and easy access on the job site. Powered by a 74-horsepower Doosan D24 Tier 4 Final-compliant engine with maintenance-free diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) aftertreatment system, the XP185 provides reliable productivity and fuel efficiency that adds money to your pocket instead of your fuel tank. It has a 10-hour run time at 100 percent load.

APT portable air compressor

Compressor powers two breakers easily
The APT 110 powers two breakers with effortless ease, sources report. The compressor is designed for maximum performance and efficiency and is easy to transport. The canopy is made from extra-tough polyethylene, protecting the working parts and ensuring the compressor looks and performs to its maximum, day in and day out. The APT 110 features an ultra-efficient oil-injected air end and all air outlets are at the rear of the machine for ease of use. The reliable Kubota diesel engine meets Tier 4 Final emissions standards without requiring exhaust aftertreatment components or filters. The compressor is easy to service with great access to filters, engine and air receivers. Options include cold-weather kits, aftercoolers, fine air filters and more on select models. It is trailer-mounted with road lights as standard.

Gas-powered portable compressor
Jenny Products, Inc. offers its J11HGA-30P single-stage, gas-powered compressor. The wheeled portable unit meets high volume requirements while upholding a durable, compact design. It includes a 30-gallon air tank and features a belt-driven single-stage, four-cylinder J pump with a high compression ratio for producing maximum air flow. It delivers 21.3 cfm at 100 psi or 20.9 cfm at 125 psi. It is powered by an 11-horsepower Honda GX gasoline engine. Pump temperature is kept low by the directional air shroud and large flywheel. Also, Jenny Ultimate Blue synthetic pump oil protects the unit’s pistons, crankshaft, bearings, rings and cylinders. The unit comes with two fully pneumatic tires, convenient lifting handles, manual tank drain, safety relief valve, large canister intake with replaceable filter elements, protected fittings and tank, regulator and outlet pressure gauges. Atlas Copco portable compressor

Single-stage rotary-screw compressor
Atlas Copco Power Technique North America offers the XATS 250 single-stage, oil-injected, rotary-screw portable compressor. This compact, easy to move compressor gives the operator the added flexibility of being able to provide more pressure and flow. Pressure adjusts through cognitive electronics (PACE) technology so the operator can control the pressure of the machine, enabling multiple pressure and flow settings. The intuitive XC2003 controller is coupled with PACE functionality and adjusts the pressure in increments of one psi to as low as 58 psi to 100, 112, 124, 138 and 150 psi. With its HardHat canopy, it has the latest, toughest design and protects all internal components, keeping the machine as good as new and increases residual value. The unit comes with a spillage-free frame as standard with 100 percent fluid containment.

405 cfm portable air compressor
Kaeser Compressors’ M125 portable compressor produces 405 cfm at 145 psig and features Sigma Control Mobil controller for consistent performance over a wide range of pressures. It comes standard with an oversized fuel tank, the power-saving Sigma Profile rotary screw air end and heavy-duty Tier 4 Final-compliant Deutz diesel engine. The onboard Sigma Control Mobil controller enables variable pressure ranges between 85 and 205 psig to tackle the different pressures needed for powering breakers, cable blowing and high-pressure applications such as drilling. The optional clean air treatment packages make it an excellent choice for sandblasting and back-up plant air. The weatherproof canopy and wide-opening gull wing doors allow quick access to all components for easy servicing and also reduce noise levels. The steel chassis, torsion bar suspension, oversized tires and instrument and light package ensure easy portability and excellent road handling, while the high capacity, cold start battery assures year-round reliability.
