Three-location acquisition
Florida Rental Equipment, LLC has been acquired by Empower Rental Group (ERG), a platform of local equipment rental providers across the southeastern United States.
Florida Rental Equipment LLC has three equipment rental locations. The company is based in Orlando with branch locations in Clermont and DeLand, Florida.
“We weren’t for sale when we were approached by the ERG team, but after careful consideration it was the best move for the company, its owners, employees and customers,” says Trey Martin, co-owner of Florida Rental Equipment. “We are very pleased to have sold the company to ERG and believe they will be a great partner to support the growth of the business going forward.”
