American Rentals, Inc. acquires Cole Equipment, Inc.
As American Rentals, Inc. continues its strategic growth plan, it has acquired Cole Equipment, Inc. in Riverside, California.
Originally a Volvo Rents location, Cole Equipment has been in business for more than 17 years primarily serving dirt contractors out of a large single location.
The addition of this location complements American Rentals expansion plan for growth in the Inland Empire. Thus, propelling the quickly growing company one step closer to operating in each county of southern California. This acquisition adds substantial fleet and knowledgeable new team members to service American Rentals growing customer base. Welcoming Cole Equipment’s customers and staff to the American Rentals team has been a top priority for American Rentals, Inc president, Tony Murray.
Between its current locations, American Rentals continues to see double-digit growth year over year. “This is just a step in our expansion over the next 12 months for American Rentals. This acquisition has been very successful and aids our continued growth by adding a centralized location in a metropolitan area with convenient freeway access allowing our fleet to serve more commercial locations,” says Murray.
