In hazardous environments, worker safety is increasingly becoming non-negotiable. The TR825 addresses this growing concern by doing what traditional equipment cannot—it removes the operator completely from the immediate danger zone. Whether it's working beneath conveyor systems, in confined mine shafts or around active smelter operations, the remote operator maintains full control of the machine from a safe distance, keeping personnel away from crush points, toxic fumes, unstable ground and moving machinery.
The TR825 has been manufactured since 2008 and is engineered specifically for hazardous work. Its advanced standard safety features include unique ID codes, redundancy contro and an automatic emergency stop system. The machine is compact and tracked, making it ideal for confined spaces and uneven terrain where traditional equipment simply won't fit or is too risky to operate.
The diesel engine delivers the power needed for tough jobs such as bucket work, ripping, cleaning, and material handling, all controlled from a safe distance.
What makes the TR825 different
This isn't a standard loader retrofitted with remote capability. The TR825 is a dedicated, compact remote-control machine, purpose-built from the ground up. That means every component, every safety feature, and every operational consideration has been engineered with remote operation in mind.
