It’s entirely electric with zero emissions, low noise and low maintenance costs. The electric drive system enables work in and around noise-restricted areas and enables work in closed indoor environments such as warehouses without concern for exhaust emissions.
With 4X4 drive, oscillating steering axle and joystick ergonomics, users get the traction, speed, performance and efficient machine positioning they need. Platform functions and speed on the A45E are controlled by a touch screen base display.
A triple entry bar on the basket enables you to enter and exit with ease. Puncture proof tires and finger trap protection enhance safety.
A hybrid version, the JCB A45EH, runs on a JCB by Kohler diesel engine plus batteries for an extended stand-alone run time of up to a week. It has the same dimensional capabilities as the A45E and is ideal for use in remote locations where power isn’t always accessible.
