They are designed for the removal of water and condensed oil vapor from portable compressed air systems from 250 to 400 cfm, cooling the discharge air to within 15F of the ambient temperature.
All DryAir aftercooler frames are assembled with powder-coated extruded aluminum that is corrosion resistant. These frames have been tested extensively and have proven to stand up to the rugged demands of the rental and construction industries. They are available in free-standing and tongue-mounted models.
DryAir aftercoolers are powered by the compressor's battery using a wiring harness that is made of heavy gauge cable and industrial quality, removable, alligator-style battery clamps. The harness is also equipped with eyelets that bolt directly to the battery for a cleaner installation.
Foot Kits are available for tongue-mounted units that can easily turn a tongue-mounted aftercooler into a freestanding unit.
