The bags also help operators meet compliance with OSHA 29CFR 1926.1153 regarding exposure to respirable crystalline silica in construction work.
They are available in three sizes for use with 8-, 12- and 16-inch nominal blowers. The non-woven polyester bag material provides 85-percent filtration efficiency for controlling silica dust and other non-combustible dusts or particulate-type materials.
Each bag is 9.8 feet long with a cinch-type strap for easy attachment. The bags can be washed up to two times using procedures that comply with applicable health and safety regulations.
