Engineered for both floor grinding and edge grinding, the Makinex concrete grinder helps contractors complete more work with a single machine. A removable magnetic shroud allows operators to quickly transition from floor grinding to edge grinding, providing access right up to walls and corners without the need for secondary equipment.
At the heart of the grinder's dust control system is an integrated impeller that assists vacuum performance. Combined with a vacuum attachment outlet, the system helps improve dust extraction and supports cleaner working conditions when grinding, polishing and finishing concrete surfaces. The grinder is compatible with 7-inch threaded diamond grinding discs and Velcro-backed polishing discs giving contractors the flexibility to match the tool to the task at hand.
The grinder is suitable for grinding, polishing and finishing concrete surfaces and can be used to quickly remove surface coatings including epoxy, paint and other floor treatments. Its compact, portable design makes transportation between jobsites simple while helping reduce operator fatigue associated with larger and heavier equipment.
