Slab electric scissor lifts

MEC has upgraded its slab scissor lift lineup to reduce job site disruptions and keep crews working longer between interruptions.

The Micro 19+ and Micro 19-XD+ models are built for tight indoor work. Platform capacity increases to 600 poundss, a 100-pound gain, while deck extension and Xtra-Deck (XD) capacity rises to 300 pounds.

The Micro 19+ and Micro 19-XD+ models are built for tight indoor work. Platform capacity increases to 600 poundss, a 100-pound gain, while deck extension and Xtra-Deck (XD) capacity rises to 300 pounds. New AC front-wheel drive brushless motors boost duty cycles by 8 percent.

Maneuverability gets a lift too: 12-inch diameter x 4-inch wide wheels paired with high-angle steering and front-wheel drive ease navigation over ramps and uneven surfaces, while an advanced non-marking tire compound resists edge wear.

Across the rest of the Plus range, including the Micro 26+ and Micro 26-XD+, updates focus on productivity and rental utilization. Platform capacities increase by 50 to 150 pounds depending on the model, with deck extension and Xtra-Deck capacities increasing from 250 to 300 pounds across the board, reducing the frequency of overloading.

High-efficiency PMSR AC drive motors recapture energy during descent, extending duty cycles by 22 percent and enabling proportional lowering for smoother, more precise positioning. Operating costs are addressed through durability upgrades, including a long-lasting tire compound and a 4-in-1 motor controller that reduces system connections. A redesigned control box adds a larger screen and thicker membrane switches for clearer, more durable operation.

All Plus series models come standard with fleet-ready features: a theft-deterrent control box bracket, lockable battery disconnect, magnetic gate latch, larger forklift pockets, MEC's patented Leak Containment System to protect flooring, and AGM maintenance-free batteries.
