IntelliSource, now can help teams use to find and source equipment for upcoming orders between branches and fill several orders in fewer steps. Earlier in 2026, MobileLink, RentalMan’s app for field, yard and counter staff, added a visual indicator showing when a contract had been sent for remote signature and lets staff text a signature request to a customer who then signs from his or her own phone.
In the field, the Wynne Mobile app used by drivers can now capture video directly from the field. Drivers record a walkthrough of the delivered equipment, its condition and its placement. The video to the order and works with the customizable Smart Forms used for inspections and checklists.
In the 2026 releases, Logistics Solution, RentalMan's transportation management system, adds automated route optimization that builds efficient delivery and pickup routes for dispatchers. The result is less time on the road, lower fuel spend and more reliable on-time delivery.
Wynne’s Service Solution, RentalMan's service and maintenance management module, adds job-time analysis, which gathers workshop-order data over a set period and calculates average completion times by mechanic, branch and company. It updates job-code time estimates from real data and lays the foundation for mechanic-level capacity-planning tools coming in future releases.
Later this year, RenterLink, RentalMan's e-commerce platform, gains Voice-to-Transaction, an AI-assisted feature that turns a spoken request into a ready-to-review order. It is one piece of a broader investment in AI and data-driven tools across RentalMan, from predictive maintenance in the service shop to smarter, AI-assisted equipment assignment for coordinators.
