Work Orders is the first feature of Point of Rental One’s Advanced feature tier, which extends the platform for businesses needing additional, specific mobile functionality.

“The Work Orders workflow will help get your rented items operational again more quickly. It makes it easier to diagnose and document problems in the field, so you can order parts and other materials sooner,” says John Wooten, product manager. “Not only will it work for those internal items, but it also handles external work orders, so you can more easily service customer-owned equipment.”
