Both models feature articulated steering for tight turning and stable handling, helping operators work confidently in congested environments. The L65 is the more compact option, delivering 55 horsepower, a high-capacity bucket and a lighter operating while the L95 adds power and speed for customers with higher production needs. Its 74-horsepower engine,1.2 cubic yard standard bucket capacity and faster travel speeds reduce cycle times on larger sites or when materials must be moved over longer distances. The L65 and L95 include pressurized, enclosed cabs with ROPS/FOPS protection, intuitive controls and seat-mounted joysticks that move with the suspension seat. Two-speed travel and selectable drive modes help operators adapt machine response to different tasks, shortening the learning curve for less-experienced users. Their Tier 4 engines meet emissions requirements without a diesel particulate filter or selective catalyst reduction and the standard Power Bob‑Tach mounting system allows quick attachment changes.
For larger material-handling tasks, Bobcat’s L205, L235, L255 and L285 large wheel loader lineup is purpose-built for high-volume load-and-carry work. Bucket capacity scales across the lineup, from 2.5 cubic yards on the L205, 3 cubic yards for the L235 and 3.5 cubic yards on the L255 and L285. All models feature three selectable power modes – Power, Normal and Economy – so operators can balance performance and fuel efficiency based on job demands.
The L235, L255 and L285 add three transmission modes, including manual and two automatic options, giving experienced operators greater control in varying conditions. Operator comfort is supported by spacious cabs, adjustable air‑suspension seating, joystick controls and an 8-inch touch display that provides access to machine settings and the rearview camera.
Built for demanding environments, the large wheel loaders are powered by turbocharged Tier 4 engines and feature heavy‑duty construction, simplified service access and compatibility with common attachments such as buckets and forks, key considerations for rental fleets focused on uptime and long‑term durability.
