ELGi introduces the D90KA, D185T4F, and D300T4F portable air compressors that redefine durability, fuel efficiency and reliability at a low total cost of ownership.
ELGi North America will showcase its advanced portable compressed air solutions at The ARA Show 2024 in booth 5957, which runs February 18 to 21 at Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.
The ELGi D90KA, D185T4F and D300T4F are designed with a focus on durability, fuel efficiency, quiet operation and reliability. These solutions are tailored to meet the varied needs of construction projects, from installing fiber optic lines to powering pneumatic tools.

ELGi D185T4F
The D185T4F compressor exemplifies durability with its all-steel structure and heavy-duty Dexter axle that enable the unit to resist dents and fading, making it ideal for enduring harsh conditions on job sites. Powered by a Kohler KDI diesel engine, this portable air compressor provides a reliable compressed air source with a capacity of 185 cfm at 100 psi or 145 cfm at 150 psi. The Kohler engine design allows the portable air compressor to meet Tier 4 Final EPA requirements without the need for an expensive diesel particulate filter. Additionally, the D185T4F is equipped with a new DeepSea Controller offering flexible control with built-in monitoring and protection. It’s also equipped with an Intelligent Start/Stop System that prevents cold starting and blowback, ensuring maximum reliability.

The D300T4F stands as a model of efficiency and profitability, engineered to offer a swift return on investment and lower total cost of ownership. With its powerful engine and maintenance-free T4F system, the D300T4F spends more time generating revenue across a broad range of applications, sources report. Equipped with a 74 horsepower engine and a dual-pressure system, it is suitable for job sites where larger compressors are typically used. The quiet and efficient Kohler engine operates without diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) or a diesel particulate filter. The Intelligent Start/Stop System prevents cold starting and blowback, enhancing reliability. The open-canopy design ensures easy access to spin-on filters and oversized coolers for quick cleaning, keeping the D300T4F consistently ready for demanding job sites.
