Rental-focused drywall lift
The PANELLIFT Model 439 commercial drywall lift by Telpro Inc. incorporates several patented design features into one easy-to-operate, long lasting, high-reach tool specifically geared toward contractor rentals.
The Model 439 advances safety and longevity for rental duty with these patented features:
- Safety overload preventing winch limits loads to the intended purpose, saving wear on tool components and preventing damage or injury caused by misuse so common in rental.
- Low maintenance multi-stage high reach chain drive lift mechanism. Three progressive telescoping sections operated by heavy-duty chain reach up to 14 feet 5 inches without needing extensions, yet provide a convenient, one person, 37-inch loading height.
- Long life, easy action cradle/outrigger design provides extra freedom of motion for the extendable outriggers, reducing customer damage from trying to force sticky parts to move.
- Long life rapid connect base design ensures correct placement of the telescoping frame on the tripod base every time, while eliminating jamming of components. This keeps components from damage by customers trying to free stuck components.
Telpro backs the Model 439 PANELLIFT with a three-year limited warranty on the lift drivetrain components, even in rental. The unit has a 200-lb. load rating.
Also unique to the lift is the option of adding Telpro’s patented DrillDrive dual action winch system, which allows the operator to ergonomically speed through large jobs by powering the winch using a standard drill. With this option in place, the lift can be operated manually as normal for controlled final positioning of the drywall while speeding the lift process and reducing operator strain.
Like all of Telpro’s drywall lift line, the Model 439 assembles and disassembles in seconds with no tools. Disassembled components are compact and easily portable, and the Model 439 accepts Telpro’s optional drywall loading attachment and optional HVAC cross arms. The Model 439 is also compatible with Telpro’s rental storage stand for safe compact storage of the drywall lift when not out on rental.
