Manitou machine line
Manitou offers complete handling solutions from compact track loaders, aerial work platforms to rotating telehandlers.

Manitou’s product offering has expanded in North America throughout the years, providing a vast variety of equipment solutions in compact equipment, construction telehandlers, forklifts, MEWPs, rotating telehandlers and compatible attachments to amplify versatility. Manitou has you covered when it comes to reliable rental equipment.

Skid and track loaders:
Built in the USA
Built from the ground up in South Dakota, Manitou has a full line of skid and track loaders consisting of 17 models with operating capacities from just over 1,000 pounds up to 4,200 pounds on the 4200 V skid loader. The most popular track loaders for rental are the mid-size 1350 RT, 1650 RT and 2150 RT, with pilot joystick controls. These units take pushing power to the next level, providing maximum torque of up to 339 foot-pounds and high-flow hydraulics to 37.4 gpm to utilize heavy-duty attachments.

Manitou skid steer and track loaders

The Manitou line of skid and track loaders has 17 models with operating capacities from 1,000 to 4,200 pounds.

One unique innovation to Manitou track loaders is the IdealTrax automatic track-tensioning system, based on lowering the total cost of ownership of the machine. IdealTrax automatically tensions the tracks when the engine is turned on, eliminating over-tensioning and extends track life up to 15 percent.

This system also includes a track-reversal switch that releases track tension for easy removal/reinstallation for maintenance or to adjust a track if it comes off on the job site. With the ability to change out a track in 20 minutes, this has been a game changer to minimize machine downtime.

Another innovation is the patented IdealAccess fold-up door available on all track loaders. It allows operators to work with the door open or closed and provides a larger cab opening that helps the operator easily get in and out of the operator seat.

Manitou MEWPs

Manitou MEWP platform heights range from 33 to 85 feet, with extra-capacity units handling up to 900 pounds unrestricted, which can hold three workers plus operating tools.

Aerial work platforms: Smooth operation
Manitou MEWPs take job site efficiency to the max with smooth platform operation and precise adjustments in tight areas. The North American lineup consists of 11 models: the ATJ (diesel) and AETJ (electric) articulated units, TJ straight boom-lifts with telescopic jibs and the MAN’GO 33 unique compact diesel solution. Platform heights range from 33 to 85 feet, with extra-capacity units handling up to 900 pounds unrestricted, which can hold three workers comfortably plus operating tools.

Rental customers call out Manitou MEWPs for their intuitive platform control panels and smooth movement transitions due to their proportional hydraulics.

Inquire today at a local Manitou MEWP dealer to demo a unit. They are making it easy with a six-month rental program for those interested in trying specific models. All models comply with the new North American ANSI standards.

Manitou rotating telehandlers

With features such as 360-degree continuous rotation, joystick, switch and move (JSM) controls, telescopic stabilizers, and 3-in-1 versatility, the MRT rotating telehandlers perform on long-term rental projects.

Rotating telehandlers: Now lifting up to 113 feet
The new MRT Vision Plus was released with the Manitou Build the Future digital event in April. These units take the accredited MRT Privilege Plus models to new heights, now offering lift capacity up to 113 feet. Built with unique features such as 360-degree continuous rotation, joystick, switch and move (JSM) controls, telescopic stabilizers, and 3-in-1 versatility (telehandler, winch and platform modes), these machines outperform others, especially on long-term rentals. A full range of attachments support the forklift, winch or work platform modes.

Construction telehandlers: Designed for rental
Known for their durability and proven ROI, the Manitou MTA telehandlers are sought after in the rental industry for their unmatched performance. This 12-model range is built with durable steel components vs. plastic that can be easily damaged on the job site. Lift capacities are available from 5,500 to 12,000 pounds and reach heights up to 55 feet to cover a majority of handling requirements found in construction.

The simplicity of these units makes them easy to use and maintain. The cabin features an ergonomic single joystick with all machine functions available in one place and the high-profile boom provides an open-concept frame for 360-degree visibility. When paired with a lifting hook or shackle, the MTA can move suspended loads, increasing its versatility and provides all-terrain material placement.

Get connected: Telematics
All of Manitou North America’s products are available with Manitou’s Connected Machines telematics system, which allows users to monitor the location and condition of the machine. Remotely, a manager can view GPS location, utilization rates, machine performance data and can efficiently respond to any issue that comes up in the field.
