LiuGong adds these two models to its F-Series excavator line. Both machines fall into the highly popular 5- and 6-ton mini excavator size classes and are built with LiuGong’s commitment to efficient power, durability, ergonomics, intelligence, safety, and uptime, sources report.
Built-in versatility for the real world
The new models come standard with a bucket and thumb combination because that’s what most customers add to the units. These machines also come ready to work with a robust hydraulic package that includes:
- Main auxiliary line circuit for hammers and thumbs
- Secondary auxiliary line for low-flow tools like rotators
- Case drain line for rotary attachments such as mulchers
- Hydraulic quick-coupler lines for fast tool changes
Same platform, more power: choosing between 9051 and 9057
Visually, the 9051FZTS and 9057FZTS look similar, but under the hood, there are key differences.
The 9057 features:
- A longer boom and stick for increased reach and dig depth
- Larger hydraulic cylinders for higher breakout force and lifting
- Added weight in the upper frame and counterweight for heavier loads
For contractors with trailer capacity and truck weight to spare, the 9057FZTS offers serious performance advantages that often justify the bump in size.
Smooth hydraulics
LiuGong’s advanced hydraulic system delivers smooth, feather-touch joystick control, critical when working close to structures or placing delicate loads. Operators will appreciate the responsiveness and ground crews will appreciate the precision.
Efficient power
Both models are powered by Yanmar 2.1L turbocharged electronic fuel-injected engines that deliver high torque and fuel efficiency. The DPF is rated at 6,000 hours, so owners can spend less time servicing and more time working.
The machines feature two working modes:
- Power mode for maximum speed and performance
- Economy mode for fuel-saving efficiency without sacrificing breakout force or lifting power
The models have auto-idle and auto-shutdown so the machine works smarter and helps keep operating costs in check.
Operator comfort that matters
Every model comes with an enclosed cab equipped with air conditioning, Bluetooth radio with USB and 12V charging, modern LCD color monitor with jog-dial navigation, rear-view camera and side mirrors for all-around visibility.
Service made simple
Accessing critical components is easy thanks to a flip-forward seat inside the cab that makes it simple to reach electronic and hydraulic components without a full teardown. Wide-opening side panels provide ground-level access for daily checks and routine service.
The bottom line
The 9051FZTS and 9057FZTS are smart solutions for contractors who demand performance, comfort, and versatility in a compact footprint.
