The hydraulic design reduces the amount of noise, parts and maintenance needed over the course of its lifetime. In addition, the exclusive hydraulic drive provides a start-and-stop feature along with forward and reverse drum rotation with one convenient lever.

“This Concrete Mixer fills a gap in the Marshalltown line,” says Ashley Swanson, lead product manager on the project. “The 9 cubic foot capacity is a popular size within the concrete mixer industry, so when we added it, we decided to innovate. Adding the hydraulic drive significantly reduces noise vs. traditional mixers, and also means less maintenance due to the elimination of many parts such belts, pulleys, chains and other parts.”
