The PTO-powered implement was created to address key job site frustrations with a smarter design that works harder and lasts longer. Compatible with compact tractors in the 18-to-60-horsepower range, the implement is available in 48-, 60- and 72-inch widths.
The Ignite soil conditioner was designed and engineered entirely in-house and manufactured in the United States using top-tier components and processes. Built with feedback from landscape professionals and shaped by extensive FEA modeling and field testing, this implement delivers rugged performance, intuitive operation and maintenance-saving features.
"We set out to build a product that delivers professional-grade performance without overcomplicating the design or blowing the budget," says Darin Gronwold, product manager for Ignite Attachments. "Everything about this implement, from the spiral drum to the tool-less adjustments, is about making tough jobs simpler and more productive."
Key features include:
- Spiral-pattern drum for consistent ground contact and a smooth finish, even on hardpack or uneven terrain
- Slip clutch protection instead of shear pins reduce downtime and protect tractor and implement during operation
- Quick hitch compatibility and 540 rpm PTO driveline for fast, hassle-free hookup
- Flip-up wing kits to increase surface coverage or allow rocks and debris to pass to the side
- Adjustable rubber deflector with single-pin tilt-away action to control material flow without tools
- Manual or optional hydraulic angle adjustment to create windrows or shift material as needed
- Fiber-reinforced rubber deflector and sealed chain box with external tension adjustment for reduced maintenance and longer life
"Whether you're fixing up a gravel lane or prepping a new lawn, this implement is built to handle it," Gronwold says. "We engineered it to minimize vibration and prevent hopping, so you get a consistent finish even in tough soil. And compared to other options on the market, it delivers that premium-grade performance with the kind of durability you'd expect at a much more accessible price point."
