Available in 73- and 84-inch working widths, these attachments give rental centers a versatile, low-maintenance alternative to costly self-contained rollers.
Each model features MBW’s patented eccentric shaft design, which minimizes shaft deflection and reduces operating temperatures. Combined with an oil mist-lubricated exciter system, this design produces the industry’s lowest incidence of bearing and seal failure, critical for keeping equipment on rent. In addition, the single-directional exciter allows the operator to change directions without throttling down the unit, preventing a costly error. The exciter motor is housed within the frame to prevent damage, while a built-in knockdown blade allows for fine grading of soils. Contractors can choose smooth or sheepsfoot configurations to handle a wide variety of applications.
With exciter speeds of 3,000 rpm, amplitudes of .05 inches, and centrifugal forces up to 9,765 pounds, these rollers deliver productivity without complicating service. Universal quick-attach system and broad hydraulic compatibility make them easy to integrate into diverse fleets.
