MCS Rental Software has just released powerful upgrades to its eScan module—an innovative tool that helps rental businesses streamline equipment management, improve safety, and serve customers more efficiently using QR codes and AI.
With MCS eScan, each piece of equipment gets its own QR code. Scanning the code gives instant access to that item’s documents — manuals, test certificates, safety instructions — all updated in real time through MCS Rental Software.
The new AI Manual Assistance feature allows staff to “chat” with equipment manuals, asking questions in their own words and language. Whether it's troubleshooting an issue or checking setup instructions, they’ll get instant, easy-to-understand answers—right on-site.
