This new capability enables organizations to automatically track asset status, such as Loaded, Unloaded, Rented, Available, Out of Service, or in Need of Inspection, based on GPS and geofence activity. As assets move between yards, job sites and service bays, their business status updates in real time and is visible directly on the asset map, eliminating the need for manual check-ins or phone calls.

It can quickly locate and assess the business status of any asset through a centralized map, eliminating the need for phone calls and manual check-ins. It helps ensure equipment is deployed efficiently with automated status updates to avoid scheduling conflicts and idle inventory. It can also trigger inspections or service tasks as soon as equipment returns, reducing downtime and streamlining dispatch. The program can aldo automatically mark equipment as “Off-Rent” based on GPS location to ensure precise billing and fewer disputes.
