Expanding on the success of InTempo CTX, InTempo CSX brings the platform’s AI-driven dispatching capabilities to the world of maintenance and repair. Rental companies can now streamline their scheduling and routing efforts for their field technicians and service calls.
“InTempo CTX was originally built to help rental companies take the manual decision-making out of equipment pickups and deliveries,” says Tony Tye, product manager at InTempo Software. “Users saw dramatic improvements – some even cleared their entire pickup backlog in a matter of days, without relying on expensive outside haulers. It wasn’t long before they began asking how the same approach could work for service trucks.”
To meet this need, InTempo collaborated with its development partners at Wise Systems to create CSX – a solution that uses AI-driven algorithms to optimize repair calls and preventive maintenance.”
