Inside sales training December 5-6, 2017

The Specialty Tools & Fasteners Distributors Association (STAFDA) will be offering a two-day inside sales training seminar in Baltimore.


Presented by Paul Reilly of Reilly Sales Training, the seminar will  help attendees understand:

  • the responsibilites of the STAFDA inside sales and service professional employee;
  • learn the six pillars of professionalism;
  • preparing and planning like a pro;
  • articulating a compelling customer message;
  • implementing the four phases of an effective inside sales call;
  • turning service into sales through cross selling;
  • handling customer resisitance using the CAR method;
  • understand people's natural communication styles through DISC; and
  • shaping the sales message to fit the buyer's style. 

The training will be held at the Hampton Inn BWI Airport/Baltimore starting Tuesday, December 5 from 8:30 a.m to 4:00 p.m. and Wednesday, December 6 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Cost is $249 per person.
